For Lily's birthday this year Erin made Lily's dream of bacon cupcakes finally come true! She mentioned that her boyfriend makes her pancakes with a little bacon suprise sometimes so the flavor of the cake batter was blueberry pancake with chunks of applewood smoked bacon fired to a crisp! Topped with a maple buttercream and sprinkled with more bacon bits, these cupcakes were a true homage to one of Lily's favorites Paula Dean! This truly called for handmade paper cupcake toppers in her likeness!
Also a hit at the party were gluten free chocolate mint chip cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and adorned with toppers of the lovely and hilarious Amy Sedaris, who makes a mean cupcake!
